Absolutely avoid the Héliades travel team! We went on a family vacation to Santorini and Paros. The Galatis hotel in Paros is completely run down and unworthy of the 3-star hotel we thought we were getting. Cracked walls, broken tiles, rusty faucets, shower mosaic peeling off, bathroom door impossible to close, balcony window door broken, broken screen, etc. Pathetic breakfast. Almost nothing to eat even at 9:00 AM. Since the owner didn't care at all about our request regarding the window door, we didn't try anything else. Tréhorenteuc is ideally located for visiting the Brocéliande forest! If you are on a tight budget, a word of advice: book your nights at the municipal campsite in Paimpont, the entry-level prices are very affordable! And on the practical side, you can set up in the evening and pay for your stay the next day if you are only staying for one night (I have done it several times). In any case, be aware that to visit the forest, you will need a car: with the exception of the guided storytelling walks, there is no public transport that will take you to the various available sites. 🚨🚨Stay away from Opodo if you are booking a flight. It is time to book a flight, but do not book with Opodo.🚨🚨 This is an unserious travel company that does nothing to respond to or satisfy its customers.🚨🚨 I have never seen anything like it. It has been 9 months waiting for a refund for a flight that was canceled, and they refuse to refund me while waiting to be reimbursed by the airline.🚨🚨 My flight was canceled by the airline on 10/20/25. Opodo offered me a refund on 10/29/25 which I accepted, and they confirmed it by email. As of today, 06/15/26, which is 9 months later, Opodo still has not refunded my plane tickets. Watch out for this agency ‼️‼️ double check the actual location before booking. We booked this trip thinking we were heading to Punta Cana, since that is clearly what appears in the title of the listing. After booking, we discovered that the accommodation is actually located 6 hours away from Punta Cana, in another province of the Dominican Republic. Despite our requests, no satisfactory solution was offered to us and the provider refuses to change our stay. We feel that the way the offer is presented is misleading and does not sufficiently reflect the actual location of the property.
