The Avygeo site uses technical cookies necessary to manage your session and secure your connections. For details on the cookies used, see our Privacy Policy.
By posting or distributing content on the Site, you grant AVYGEO SAS a worldwide, non-exclusive, free, transferable and sub-licensable licence, for an unlimited duration (including after the deletion of your account), to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, translate and distribute this content on any medium and in any form, for the purposes of operating, promoting and improving the Site and its services.
AVYGEO SAS endeavours to prevent the unauthorised use of the Site's content for training artificial intelligence models by third parties, in particular through technical protection measures, although it cannot guarantee full effectiveness.
You agree not to post or distribute any element or information over which a third party holds copyrights, unless you obtain the express written consent of that third party, and you agree to indemnify AVYGEO SAS and hold it harmless from any claim arising from a breach by you of the provisions of this clause or related to it.
Avygeo offers, free of charge and without prior registration, various content including links to third-party partner sites (hereinafter "partner sites") where you can order a service or product. Avygeo may receive a commission on orders you place with partner sites after clicking these links.
The offers, services or products presented to you do not cover all the offers available online; they come from editorial research by Avygeo teams and data provided by the partner sites. In some cases, the default order in which offers are displayed may depend on several factors related to the type of search you are running.
The periodic update of data, including prices, varies by offer: it depends on each partner site and on compliance with Avygeo's technical and editorial requirements. If you then wish to purchase the item or service you have selected, you must go to the website of your chosen partner.
Partner sites are third parties. When you use services offered by a partner site and, in particular, when you visit its website from Avygeo to purchase a product or service, you are subject to its own terms of use; Avygeo is not party to your relationship with that partner site. Likewise, when ordering one of these products and following acceptance of the order by the partner site, the price displayed on the partner site at the time of your purchase is the price that actually applies.
As an Amazon Associate, Avygeo earns from qualifying purchases when you order a product after clicking a link to the Amazon site.
The annual donations Avygeo makes to its partner charities are entirely funded by Avygeo, and never by the visitors browsing Avygeo.
These partnerships aim to promote solidarity and sustainable development across the planet, while also growing Avygeo's audience and content. Avygeo reserves the right to refuse partnership requests, without having to justify its reasons. Likewise, each partner charity, like Avygeo, remains free to cancel its partnership at any time, with no notice required and no justification needed.
Donations are paid to partners once a year, at the start of the year, according to the rules set out on this page. Since no commitment and no consideration is required from the partner charities, and no financial contribution is requested from visitors, Avygeo reserves the right to change these rules at any time, depending on its internal constraints and objectives.
Partner charities are of course encouraged to promote our partnership. However, techniques aimed at artificially inflating the number of points collected are strictly forbidden. In particular, it is forbidden to create multiple accounts for a single individual in order to multiply recommendations. It is forbidden to use any software or bot that automatically issues recommendations. If a partnership is cancelled, the donations planned for the partner are cancelled as well.
In short, the partnerships Avygeo offers to charities come with no commitment. It is up to each party to continuously assess the value of this partnership and to maintain or cancel it, without having to provide justification.
Please refer to our dedicated Privacy Policy.
In the event that any portion of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, including but not limited to the liability limitations set out above, the invalid or unenforceable provisions concerned will be deemed replaced by valid and enforceable provisions that most closely match the intent of the original clause, with the other terms of these Terms remaining in full force and effect.
AVYGEO SAS shall have the right to assign, transfer, subcontract or delegate rights, duties or obligations under these Terms. No such right is granted to you.
You agree that neither these Terms nor your use of the Site creates a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship or agency relationship between AVYGEO SAS and you.
As this Site is not updated on a regular periodic basis, it should not therefore be declared as an editorial product under any legal system.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of the Terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris (France), subject to mandatory territorial jurisdiction rules applicable to consumers.
In accordance with articles L. 611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, in case of a dispute not resolved amicably, you may use the consumer mediation service free of charge.
You may also file a complaint on the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
