A real water park with indoor and outdoor pools, various types of slides, solariums, wave pools, etc., and accessible by metro (Balard, line 8) or tram (Suzanne Lenglen, T2)! The catch is that it gets totally swamped during heatwaves and there are a bit too many people for my taste.

The structures are sublime and impressive, both in their scale and the finesse of the details. Some parts are in poor condition, partially absorbed by the forest, but that is part of the charm. A must-see if you are visiting Cambodia!

Who hasn't seen photos of Ha Long Bay, with those rocks rising out of the water and the traditional boats... Yes, it looks like a total tourist postcard. Yes, boats full of tourists follow one after another in a line. Even so, this place is an absolute must-see if you are traveling in the area!

We no longer need to introduce the history of Seville, where different cultures and civilizations succeeded one another and sometimes coexisted. From this meeting of ideas, the city has left us some very beautiful jewels to visit, like the Alcázar Palace.

As soon as you arrive in Barcelona, you feel like you are on vacation, even if it is not vacation time for everyone! It is hard to believe that hundreds of thousands (millions?) of people live and work there all year long. The way people dress (they are practically in swimsuits and flip-flops in the city), the lively streets, the atmosphere at night, the beach... It is a huge, huge vacation resort!

I haven't been to Stockholm in the winter, where in my opinion, the cold and the sunset at 3 PM really kill the vibe a bit. But in the summer, it was a real pleasure to visit the city. The old center is very well preserved, the omnipresence of water gives it a lot of charm, and you find everything you would expect from a capital city.

I stayed here with my children, nephews, and nieces, 6 people in total. I hadn't found any other places available in the area with that capacity. A bit pricey, but very comfortable, clean, spacious, and well-equipped.

Pretty well preserved, this amphitheater is still impressive and you can imagine yourself back in ancient times. If you are lucky enough to be accompanied by a good guide, you can learn a lot of things about the history of the region that used to be called Asia Minor.

This is one of the top priority things to do in Athens. Being a good student, I did it. This site, up on the heights of the city, must have been exceptional back in its glory days. Today, the buildings are very damaged.

I wasn't expecting to find such extensive ruins! Actually, the entire city was buried by the volcano and then unearthed. Even though the buildings are very damaged, the urban layout of the city is well preserved. It is pretty easy to imagine what it was like in ancient times. Interesting to see

Paris needs no introduction. It is a must-see for globe-trotters, romantics, artists, and party people from all over the world! The negative aspects are real, too: rude behavior, noise, dirt, and prohibited prices...

It is such a shame that Australia is so far from the rest of the world. Living in this country, and especially in Sydney, would be really tempting without that drawback: a dynamic job market, beautiful weather all year round, beaches galore, the vast wilderness of the outback, all kinds of activities, sports... That being said, there is still something that bothers me a little. There is a kind of cult of the body that reigns here, being fit, doing sports, otherwise, I feel like you are a loser.

The big pluses of Brussels: it has everything a capital (of Europe) should have, which it certainly is, but without the downsides. It is a human-sized city (you can enjoy the city center without spending all your time on public transit), prices are reasonable, there are tons of activities, and finally, some superb, very characteristic architecture (the Grand Place!). People don't talk about it much, but it is also a cosmopolitan city where many cultures live side-by-side.

Spacious nature park without being huge, which perfectly succeeds in protecting the birds that come to rest there during their migration or nest in a preserved environment, and in including educational (paid) visits with explanatory signs, or even guides, along paths that wind through the heart of the park, leading to very well designed observation posts. There are quite a few visitors, but it is not crowded, and the place stays very clean. It just goes to show, it is possible to do tourism while respecting natural heritage. Bravo!
