Montpellier is my daily life: between after-work drinks at place du Marche aux Fleurs, walks under the plane trees at Peyrou, and the energy from the universities. We live life outdoors here, summer and winter, and the sing-song accent reminds you that you are definitely in the South. A city on a human scale, where everything is done by bike. You never get bored here.

The Montpellier City Hall is located in the modern Port Marianne neighborhood, right on the banks of the Lez, an area that is iconic for Montpellier's urban renewal. It was designed by architects Jean Nouvel and François Fontès and opened in 2011. The city hall is a blue cube. Its reflections and color change depending on where you look at it from. It is situated on a large plaza lined with shops. Access is easy thanks to two tram lines that run right in front of it.

The city is known for its rich historical and cultural heritage. The city center is easy to visit on foot because it is not super big. You will be able to see: The Pont Saint-Esprit, which is a medieval bridge that connects Vieux Bayonne to the Petit Bayonne neighborhood. Rue Port Neuf, which is a pedestrian street lined with shops, restaurants, and cafes. It is a perfect place to walk around and enjoy the lively atmosphere of the neighborhood. The Marché des Halles, which is an indoor market that is open every day of the week. It is a great place to buy fresh products and Basque specialties. The people are warm and it is easy to strike up a conversation.

The atmosphere in Biarritz is undeniably full of luxury. Biarritz is home to many luxury hotels, especially the Hotel du Palais which is visible from the beach. Lots of sports cars and posh people are around the city center. As for walking, there is the iconic seaside promenade toward the Rocher de la Vierge. Biarritz is a city to visit for a day, but I would not recommend it for a stay of several days.

Iloilo is a city that has developed recently. Unlike Manila or Cebu, the streets are very wide and you do not feel suffocated. It does, however, have a rich past. The streets of Calle Real and the restored ancestral houses are nice to visit, just like the Saint Augustine Cathedral, also known as the Jaro Metropolitan Cathedral. Iloilo is famous for its delicious cuisine. Do not miss out on trying local specialties like La Paz Batchoy, a savory noodle dish, and the fresh seafood. Iloilo also has magnificent beaches where you can relax, swim, and soak up the sun. Among the popular beaches, you will find Alubihod Beach in Guimaras, which offers crystal clear waters and water activities. Iloilo is famous for its sweet and juicy mangoes.

Cebu is famous for its white sand beaches and crystal clear waters. Do not miss spending time at beaches like Moalboal, Bantayan Island, and Malapascua Island to relax, swim, and go snorkeling or scuba diving. The people of Cebu are known for their warm hospitality. The nightlife is lively with plenty of bars, clubs, and restaurants. If you have the chance to visit Cebu in January, do not miss the Sinulog festival, one of the biggest and most colorful festivals in the Philippines, celebrating the conversion to Christianity and the history of the island.

A low-cost European airline, the advantage is that flights are scheduled at the main airports of large European cities unlike Ryanair, which is practical if you do not want to waste too much time getting to the secondary airports served by Ryanair. Like other low-cost airlines, every option is charged at a very high price!! The problem is also that flight cancellations and reschedules are frequent.

I have had the opportunity to rent a car from Sixt several times, and I have always been satisfied with my experience. The agents are always polite and helpful, and they are very professional. The booking and rental process is simple and fast. It is possible to book a car online or by phone. Once you are there, picking up the vehicle is done quickly and without any issues. The car I rented was always in good condition and well maintained.

I bought flight tickets on their site to go to Manila, and they were the cheapest. I didn't have any issues, and I had taken out extra flight cancellation insurance. The booking fees were affordable. So, I recommend them.

Easy to use app. It lets you target hotels using customer recommendations. The more you use the app, the more discounts and perks you get, so it is great if you travel often. The downside: the margin is high and that comes at the expense of both the traveler and the hotel.

In 2018, I had the chance to travel to Hong Kong with the airline Cathay Pacific. I was overall satisfied with my experience, even though I noted a few points of disappointment. The flight was about 12 hours, and I arrived at my destination on time. The airline staff was very professional and rigorous, and they did their best to answer all my questions and requests. However, I found that the Hong Kong airport was pretty impersonal and not very interesting. It is well maintained and clean, but there is not much to see or do.

I had the chance to travel with Singapore Airlines in 2019 for a flight from Paris to Singapore. I was very satisfied with my experience, and I highly recommend this airline to all travelers. The flight was about 13 hours nonstop, and I had a great time. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the meals were delicious. I particularly enjoyed the Asian-inspired dishes, which were fresh and flavorful. The seats were comfortable and spacious, and I was able to sleep comfortably during the flight. Paris to Manila flight with a layover in Doha: very good airline in terms of comfort. On the way back I had a 7 hour layover, but it is in an airport where there is quite a lot to see. I was able to fly on an A380 and it is very comfortable, you do not feel the movement. Very good experience

A nice, quiet hotel with a mix of modern design and rustic touches, like the beautiful solid wood furniture. The rooms are spacious, and the bedding is perfect. The bathroom is a little dated, but it is spacious (bathtub, bidet, sink). There is access to the indoor pool and sauna, which is perfect for relaxing. A very wide selection for breakfast, and only quality products unlike other hotels: local cold cuts, local cheese, non-industrial bread, nuts, dried fruits, etc., plus the traditional drinks, pastries, fruit, cereal, and more. Perfect service. The hotel restaurant is superb, and the food is very, very good.
