Xcaret is an eco-archaeological park in Mexico on the Yucatan Peninsula. It combines cultural attractions, shows, and water activities, which is original. I appreciated the beauty of the site, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the richness of the shows, especially the evening one that highlights Mexican history and traditions. However, the commercial aspect is also quite present. Some popular activities, like swimming with dolphins, cost extra, which makes the day expensive. The crowds are also a bit much, even though the park is vast.
