Just so you know, I often travel with Bourse des Vols and they have great prices.

And they also do organized trips. You can go to the site: www.bdv.fr and you have all the offers for flights or other trips.

Then you can call them, they are very professional and pleasant. You can trust them, that is the most important thing because I had a small issue once and they resolved the problem immediately.

I share the same positive opinion. I buy tickets every year for myself and my family to go on vacation in Asia, and I have had no problems to date. The customer service is pro. For any information, they actually answer the phone, no automated machine!

Personally, I was very dissatisfied. I do not doubt that if there are zero problems, it is just like any other virtual travel agency.

I left for Brazil on December 16, the start of the holiday season and therefore very often the start of strikes. It did not fail this year. Even though I warned them very quickly, they did not call me back until 11:25 PM (if you please -_-') and only to tell me that while I would be refunded, I would not be automatically rebooked on another flight.

For the second time they promised to call me back, and they never did, at least not the next day. Given that I was not just going to catch some rays (personal reasons as well), I had already bought another ticket at my own expense the very next day, so they were surprised that they could not reach me later.... thanks a lot -_-'.

You buy a ticket through this agency to pay less, and you end up paying for hotel costs and the extra ticket at the same time... No thanks. And you should know that to this day, they have not refunded me.

If you book with BDV, be prepared for price hikes out of nowhere! Whether it is for an extra seat or due to a change in the exchange rate, it ended up costing me an extra €163 (about $177) on a China tour that was originally priced at a little over €2,000 (about $2,170).

Unsatisfactory service, emails left unanswered, and unpleasant staff on the phone. In short, there are a lot of negative reviews about the Bourse des Voyages agency. However, I booked through this agency and I did receive my tickets. I would like to ask if I should still expect bad surprises from them, and I would like to know other people's experiences with BDV.

I couldn't use my flight tickets purchased on the Bourse des Vols site because the staff, who are clearly not competent enough, gave me false information which led to the total and permanent loss of my tickets:

Explanation: At first, I bought round-trip tickets from Nice to Brussels on the Boursedesvols.fr site (the airline was Brussels Airlines) for August 28.

Before departure, I wanted to change the date of the outbound tickets. This was technically possible on this type of ticket, except there were no more seats available on flights during that period (because of the end of vacation season). I could have canceled my tickets entirely at that point, but since the price of tickets had increased significantly in the meantime and the return ticket had become much more expensive than my original round-trip, the Bourse des Vols staff (contacted via the phone number listed on my electronic tickets) advised me to keep my initial ticket and buy a new outbound ticket on another site or with another airline.

Which is what I did. Except, surprise, when I arrived at the Brussels airport to use my return ticket, I was told that my tickets had been automatically canceled in full because I had not shown up for the outbound flight. But that was on the advice of the Bourse des Vols staff. !!!

Naturally, the Bourse des Vols site refuses to refund my return ticket, waving around terms of sale that don't specify anything clear on the subject, even after I read them 10 times. This is called an organized scam.

Conclusion: This is an intermediary that provides no service and, what is more, gives false information. It is better to book directly through the airline sites, in this case, Brussels Airlines.
