I booked a hotel for 4 nights, but after a change in my work schedule, I contacted customer service to change the reservation to 2 nights. I was then told that the reservation had been successfully updated. 2 months later, I still haven't received a refund. After calling several times and sending multiple emails, I finally got an answer: "the original reservation was not modified, so we cannot refund you."
