The British Museum really struck me with its impressive size. The museum is huge, spread out over several floors, with very varied collections. It is a very busy place, which can make the visit a bit crowded or even tiring, but you can also choose to focus on a few sections to enjoy it more. A must-do at least once, while taking your time to appreciate the richness of it all!

The National Gallery was a wonderful surprise. Admission is free (voluntary donation), which makes it easy to pop in, even for a spontaneous visit. I really liked the atmosphere of the place, which was quieter than I expected, and the richness of the paintings on display. You can easily lose yourself there for a while without noticing the time passing. It is a museum that I found particularly pleasant to visit!

Even though I am not necessarily a huge fan of contemporary art, I really enjoyed visiting this museum, which is very big. You can find all kinds of works there, some more clear than others. There are paintings as well as sculptures and other more original formats. A great discovery.

The British Museum is one of the most impressive museums I have visited. Just like the Louvre, it is almost "too" big and you quickly feel lost. But we are not going to complain about that! I was really happy to see the Rosetta Stone. The large covered courtyard in the center of the museum is also magnificent, very pleasant for taking a break.

I am not going to mince words, but as a huge fan of natural history museums, I think this is the best one I have ever visited. It is incredible to explore and there is plenty to delight enthusiasts. Between the dinosaurs, birds, and volcanoes, I am thrilled! The museum is also very well organized for visitors, and I recommend it for everyone! Perfect for a rainy day!

Super pleasant, very rich collections, there is something for everyone. It reminds me of the National Gallery in Edinburgh, which remains my personal favorite. Definitely not to be missed, plus it is free and easily accessible!

As someone passionate about ancient Egypt, I had been dreaming of visiting this museum. I was not disappointed! The building is magnificent and holds some real treasures. The Egyptian galleries were a total sight to behold with their monumental sculptures, especially the great bust of Ramses II, and their collections of fabulous objects and mummies that tell the story of Egyptian life. I also loved the section dedicated to Greco-Roman antiquities, which reminded me of my visit to the Parthenon. Definitely go right when it opens because it gets very crowded. The must-see museum in the city! It is very easy to access. Without a reservation, I did not wait in line long, and the permanent collections are free. The museum is packed with magnificent paintings, especially French, Italian, and Flemish ones, and I did not know where to look first. I have such fond memories of Van Gogh's Sunflowers and Turner's The Fighting Temeraire with its splendid sunset. I could have easily spent an entire day there. A must-see!
