Great location and well equipped, but not very charming

The staff is friendly, the location is convenient, right in the center of Paseo Reforma which is one of the most important avenues in the city, and the equipment is modern and complete.
A solid address then, but if you are looking for that "laid back Latin American vacation" experience, you will probably have a hard time soaking up that kind of vibe at the Plaza Suites.
