Especially for those who aren't into strenuous hiking! I found the trip very pleasant. You get beautiful views from every side. Once you're at the top, it's even more wonderful with the panorama of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi. There are activities for kids if you are there with your family. There is also plenty to snack on, with some very tasty sweets and specialties.
