A bit of history and architecture
Aqua Mundo Villages Nature Paris opened in 2017 as part of the Village Nature project, spearheaded by industry giants Center Parcs and Euro Disney. Beyond simply building an aquatic amusement park, the goal was to tackle an architectural challenge: blending the structure seamlessly into the surrounding landscape. Architect Jacques Ferrier designed a terraced building featuring a wooden structure clad in glass, resembling an origami sculpture or a giant seashell unfolding toward the sky.
One of Europe’s largest water parks
Giant is an understatement given the numbers: a total surface area of 9000 m² split between a 2500 m² outdoor section and a 7000 m² indoor area, all reaching nearly 35 metres in height. In short, it is a genuine architectural feat that visitors can explore all the way to the top via ornamental terraces featuring a landscaped walking path.
Capable of welcoming up to 2800 bathers, Aqua Mundo focuses on 4 water zones: bubbling (jacuzzis), entertaining (wave pool, wild river, water tree, splash pads, lagoons), relaxing (spa), and thrilling (giant waterslides, water climbing wall).
Activities to match the scale of the building
Standout attractions include the Tour de l’Eau and the Tour de l’Air, which house no fewer than 7 waterslides ranging from standard drops to extreme rushes. Another unique feature is the Parcours Le Roc, an obstacle-filled water climbing path. Finally, the most tranquil yet compelling attraction is the spa, complete with a salt room, steam room, sauna, and relaxation lounge with a herbal tea bar.
A wide range of additional activities are available by reservation (aquabike, aquajump, water polo, baby swimming classes), along with numerous on-site services (lockers, showers, photo shop, snack bar).

How long for this activity
Plan on a full day to make the most of the water slides, the wild river, and the relaxation areas. A half day is the absolute minimum required to explore all the facilities.
