The project is about more than just concrete. It includes a new architectural shell, replacement of the seating, updated audio and lighting systems, and a hotel adjacent to the stadium. For the fans, the most anticipated change is symbolic: the installation of garnet seats in the East, West, and North stands, matching those already in the new South stand.

The current phase involves the corner connecting the North and West stands, nicknamed "the Highway" by regulars, which is intended for office or retail space. The club president acknowledged a technical issue regarding a beam in the north stand, which has slowed progress.
