A mountain lodge with all the comforts
This hotel owes its name to the small forest of sequoias that surrounds it. Its interior design draws inspiration from high-altitude chalets and lodges found in North American national parks. The property is split into two groups of buildings. Located on the edge of Lake Disney, the Golden Forest Club houses the most premium rooms and offers extra perks like Fastpass access or a mini-fridge. The standard rooms are located in the main building and also grant access to a full range of amenities, such as heated indoor and outdoor pools with slides, a fitness room, and luggage storage.
The rooms feature a rustic, wood-paneled aesthetic that remains comfortable, decorated with elements inspired by the world of Bambi.
All-you-can-eat buffets
Breakfast is served at the Hunter's Grill et Beaver Creek Tavern, which recreates the atmosphere of a log cabin. Meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served as all-you-can-eat buffets. Need to unwind at the end of the day? You can grab a drink while relaxing on the sofas at the Redwood Bar and Lounge, right by the fireplace.
A hotel at the Disneyland Resort
Located within the Disneyland Paris resort, Sequoia Lodge - Disneyland Resort Paris puts you within a 15-minute walk of the theme parks, and there are even free shuttles if you prefer not to walk. Depending on your travel dates, you may be eligible for Extra Magic Time, which allows resort guests to enter the parks earlier than the general public.

Mountain chalet vibes guaranteed, even more so during a winter or Christmas season stay. The rooms are comfortable and relatively large, and they offer standard amenities. The hotel is pretty well located for walking to the parks, and free shuttles are available. The services offered by the hotel, like the pool or the gym, are a great way to escape the hustle and bustle of the theme parks for a bit. Having a drink at the bar when the fireplace is lit is very pleasant. It is too expensive nowadays (like all Disney hotels) for regular stays, but it makes sense for a first time visit!
