Experience pioneer life in the woods, 15 minutes from Disneyland

Located about 15 minutes by car from the Disney parks, the Davy Crockett Ranch - Disneyland Resort Paris is tucked away from the noise, deep in the forest. This 3-star residential leisure park features a ranch with various amenities like dining, shops, and playgrounds, alongside accommodations in the form of individual bungalows scattered throughout the woods. The aesthetic of these cabins is inspired by the pioneers and trappers who explored the North American wilderness.

Keep in mind that having a car is highly recommended, as there is no shuttle service between the property and the RER station or the Disneyland Resort. You can park easily in a private lot, and the theme parks themselves offer free parking for guests.

Well-equipped bungalows for the whole crew

You will stay in spacious bungalows with a capacity of 6 guests, including at least 2 children. Dogs and pets are allowed in certain units, subject to specific conditions (expect an additional fee for dogs, and requests must be made by phone). You will feel right at home in these units which provide all the necessary equipment for your stay. You get a full kitchen, garden table, grill, one double bed, and 4 single beds. You have a choice between 2 types of standard bungalows, the Tribu Trappeur (Trapper Tribe) set in nature, or the Tribu Pionnier (Pioneer Tribe) located near the ranch reception, or a premium bungalow that adds coffee-making facilities and a location closer to the ranch amenities.

More than a ranch, a leisure village with multiple activities

The property includes a bar and restaurant, the Davy's Crocket Tavern, which offers buffets for all three daily meals. For a drink or a game of billiards, head to the Crocket's Saloon. Don't forget your swimsuit, as you will want to head to the Blue Springs Pool, an indoor tropical pool with waterfalls and slides. Other facilities designed for family entertainment include a children's playground, tennis courts, a video game arcade (fee applies), mini-golf (fee applies), and a treetop adventure course (fee applies).

Super séjour en famille ! 😍

Staying at this hotel makes you feel like you traveled far, very far from Paris. It is great for reconnecting as a family, especially after long, busy days at Disney.

Perfect for families

A real vacation village vibe that you won't find in standard hotels. The kids love it and that makes up for the distance to Disneyland.

A surprising vacation village

We came for Disney, but the kids really loved this hotel. It is a vacation village right in the middle of the forest where you feel like you have traveled hundreds of miles, back to another time.

Ranch life

More than just a hotel, it is a little village in the middle of the forest where you can really feel like you are living on a ranch.
Some people will find it fun, especially the kids. Others will prefer a more classic hotel right at the gates of Disney (which is not the case for the Davy Crockett Ranch).

Really nice setting in the forest

Small residential area right in the forest, a short drive from the Disney parks. A real little island of nature where you can disconnect from the city vibe. The units are spacious and comfortable, but not exactly clean, though.
Hearty breakfast and the quality was totally acceptable.

Far from everything

Green, almost wild setting, but far from the Disney parks, shops, restaurants, and public transport. A car is necessary.

Plan B

If you want to spend your whole stay doing Disneyland, this wouldn't be my first choice. The walking distance to the theme parks and Disney Village is too far. If you want to do Disney activities while feeling like a trapper on a forest adventure, why not.

A different kind of experience

Away from the Disney Village and its hustle and bustle, you will be in a quiet spot and get the feeling of staying in the forest.
If you want to be immersed in the festive atmosphere the moment you step out of the hotel, this might not be the right place for you.

Heads up, a car is recommended

The hotel itself is not bad, with sports fields, an indoor pool decorated jungle-style, and the forest all around. The problem is that the Disney parks are very far away on foot, so you absolutely need a vehicle to get there, which isn't exactly practical.
I complained about it at the front desk, hoping for some kind of discount or gesture, but had no success.
