A gem worth the effort

Gorgeous cove, but the hike down is pretty long and steep (avoid it if you are with young children). The sea and the cliffs are magnificent. In peak season, the little cove gets pretty crowded.

A hidden gem

Less famous than Lake Como, which is right next door, Lake Lugano offers an equally bucolic setting for some amazing hikes. I highly recommend it!

Perfect for relaxing and a really beautiful cruise

Superb area to relax in the fresh air. I went on a cruise on this lake for less than €30 (about $32), and it was a great way to discover new views of the shoreline and the surroundings.
