First city of the Alpes de Haute Provence

I like stopping in Manosque when I visit the Luberon region. That is the city's strong suit, as its location is perfect for getting around. The town center is compact and lets you discover the remains of its ramparts, the churches, and the shops of a dynamic small town. I recommend sleeping outside of town, especially to take advantage of the spaces in the nearby Luberon regional park.
