People often reduce this very beautiful gallery to Michelangelo's David. Even though the size of the statue made me feel like a dwarf, it was not my favorite piece. The Florentine Louvre! You could spend an entire day here! Formerly a Medici palace, the place itself is magnificent. The U-shape of the museum caught me by surprise a little, but it is easy to find your way around because the rooms follow a chronological order. The masterpieces by Botticelli, Leonardo da Vinci, and Raphael are fabulous to see. I have such memorable memories of it. Practical tip, I opted for a reservation with a timed entry, which is essential if you want to avoid the line. A combo ticket also exists with the very beautiful Boboli Gardens, I recommend it!
