Nice

This museum is really nice to visit. You learn a lot about the glassmakers of Murano, their traditions, and their ways of working with glass. It is very informative. The museum is quite small and the visit is quick. It is pleasant because there are not too many people, so you can take your time.

Nice pieces but no live demonstration

Small museum that is not too crowded and pleasant to visit. No wait, easy to get around without bumping into people. You can get through it in an hour. Some pretty glass pieces to see, and with the audio guide, you can learn quite a bit about the glassmaking techniques passed down from generation to generation in Murano (nearly 700 years of craftsmanship, after all!).

My big disappointment is not having been able to watch a live glassblowing demonstration. I do not know if it is because the museum never offers them or if it is because I stopped by at the wrong time?
