Which areas can non-Muslims visit?
Most of the Great Mosque, including the prayer halls, is not open to non-Muslim visitors.

Keep in mind that a strict dress code is enforced, requiring covered arms and ankles for everyone, as well as covered hair for women and covered knees for men. These areas allow you to appreciate the architecture and history of the site without entering the reserved religious spaces.
