Off the coast of the far south of Corsica, on one of the Lavezzi Islands, the beach at Cala di l'Achiarinu is my favorite in the area. Accessible by boat, it offers a real postcard setting: fine sand and granite rocks polished by the waves above and inside the water. The water is clear and warm, and it is frequented by many fish, which you will enjoy watching with the right equipment (mask and snorkel). I have even seen dolphins pass by not too far away, a magical moment. Small downside, there are sometimes a lot of boats passing through the bay.

Very good site for finding gift ideas. Sometimes you just don't know what to get someone: what books, jewelry, clothes, games, or other gadgets will they actually like? And does the person already have it? The solution: give a leisure activity as a gift! It really saved me, and on top of that, you can go together and share a quality moment :)

Relatively decent hotel, comfortable. Not the closest to Futuroscope (but the park is still accessible on foot), and quite far from the center of Poitiers. Breakfast in a large, bright room with basic quality food.

An immense sand dune that is impressive to look at, especially from the heights, where you can see it wind off into the distance, overlooking the forest on one side and the ocean on the other. I was afraid of finding a forest devastated by the recent fires, but the green has recovered pretty quickly. It is a bit crowded, but since there is so much space, you can totally walk around and then settle in a spot without feeling packed in. Between the beach, the forest, and playing on the sandy slopes, both kids and adults will have no trouble having a blast!

Let's start with the negatives: - The Aqua Mundo is a bit small, and there is quite a backup to get to the 2 available slides. - Unlike other Center Parcs, the bungalows are not in the middle of nature, surrounded by trees. The environment is residential, so it is naturally a bit less private. Positives: - Accommodations are freshly renovated and very pleasant. - Staff is very welcoming, but it is better if you speak English (which makes sense). - Whether by car or public transport, you can easily get to Amsterdam from this village (about forty minutes).

In the summer, it is really nice to go for a swim in the river-shaped pool. As for the food, the buffet offers a huge amount of choice. Now, sure, not every item is of top-tier quality, but you should really be able to find something you like in the mix. Finally, one last big advantage and not the least, the Zoo de Beauval is really just a 5-minute walk away!

From morning to night, both kids and adults kept our eyes wide open to try not to miss a thing. And you really have to stay alert because animals can suddenly appear for just a few seconds. We saw lions, leopards, elephants, and thousands of wildebeest! The animals are just living their lives, and it is a treat to share the experience of watching them with your children.

At nearly €300 a night, it is a good thing this price includes tickets to Disneyland, because the hotel itself is not worth it. There is no elevator, so getting up to the second floor with suitcases and a stroller was a real pain. The rooms are not air-conditioned and the soundproofing is pretty poor. On the other hand, it is worth noting that the staff is super smiley and helpful. The Cars theme is a hit with the kids.
