Personally, I was very dissatisfied. I do not doubt that if there are zero problems, it is just like any other virtual travel agency. I left for Brazil on December 16, the start of the holiday season and therefore very often the start of strikes. It did not fail this year. Even though I warned them very quickly, they did not call me back until 11:25 PM (if you please -_-') and only to tell me that while I would be refunded, I would not be automatically rebooked on another flight. For the second time they promised to call me back, and they never did, at least not the next day.
