I cannot judge the planes or the flights, but my sister had the misfortune of booking a ticket with Iberia. She was charged more than the expected price, and it has been over a year now. Despite emails, contacts with the company, and everything else, they keep giving her the runaround and still havent refunded the roughly €120 (about $130) they owe her. I find this scandalous!

I've traveled several times from Paris to Spain with Vueling. The planes are new, or at least they look that way both inside and out. The onboard staff is nice and friendly. I can confirm the candies before landing, it's a nice touch lol! Important, the planes are on time, the prices are attractive, and above all they depart from Roissy, where I live nearby.
