This national park was a highlight of my trip to India. If you love protected spaces and animals, you have to stop here. The tours are organized by the park and must be booked in advance! The park is home to a great density of animals, including the tiger and the famous black panther. The latter is hard to spot, but it loves this environment, especially the banks of the Kabini River. I recommend booking the first tours in the morning or the last ones of the day to increase your chances of seeing something. Also, go for the 4x4 instead of the big vans, since you feel closer to nature and the magic of the Indian jungle works much better!
