The top online ticketing site
We are not talking about number two or number three, but rather the undisputed number one online ticketing site in France. According to a ranking established by Webloyalty based on a Toluna survey, Fnac Spectacles indeed sits firmly in the top spot, well ahead of competitors like BilletReduc in second place, Carrefour Spectacles in third, Leclerc Billetterie in fourth, and Venteprivee.com in fifth. As a subsidiary of Fnac, Fnac Spectacles handles the sale of tickets for a wide range of cultural and entertainment events.
Fnac Spectacles, the largest catalog of events in France
If Fnac Spectacles remains the go-to ticketing platform for French audiences, it is largely due to the massive selection of tickets available on the platform, coupled with the weight of the Fnac brand. Backed by the France Billet network, Fnac Spectacles offers tickets for concerts, theater productions, stand-up comedy shows, cabaret acts, musicals, circuses, and ice shows. You can also purchase admission to museums, exhibitions, and guided monument tours. Sports fans are well covered too, with seats available for soccer matches, rugby, basketball, boxing, and more. Finally, you can use Fnac Spectacles to book theme park access, opera tickets, magic shows, or family workshops.
A super user friendly website
To help you navigate this massive sea of options and streamline the selection and checkout process, Fnac Spectacles built a responsive website that works smoothly across desktops, mobile phones, and tablets so you can book whenever and wherever you want. The site features curated thematic picks, exclusive offers, staff favorites, and promotions that make finding what you need much easier.
Checking out is just as straightforward. Simply browse the site, use the search engine, and make your pick. When it comes to receiving your tickets, you have a few options: e-tickets, in-store pickup at any Fnac location, mail delivery, or print-at-home.
As for payment, you can pay by credit card or using a gift card, and online transactions are fully secure.
Perks for Fnac members
Anyone holding a Fnac+ membership card can take advantage of discounted rates on over 18,000 annual shows. Keep in mind that these preferred prices are subject to ticket quotas and are only valid for a limited window.
I have booked shows and concerts with Fnac Spectacles several times and I have never had any issues. The site is convenient and easy to use. The choice of seats and prices is clear. The tickets are sent immediately by email, which is great.
