Disastrous experience with GoVoyages. They offered me their "Prime" deal, supposedly cheaper with a 15-day free trial. The result: they charged me the very next day after my booking! The flight ended up being more expensive than elsewhere. I tried to cancel a few hours later (which is my right under article L221-18 of the Consumer Code for online contracts), but their customer service abroad brushed me off with a "no refund possible" repeated on a loop. Zero understanding, zero empathy. This company lies as easily as it breathes and scams consumers. I strongly advise against them and I am starting legal proceedings. NEVER book with them!
