The day before departure, we were notified by an impersonal text message without any explicit reason that 2 of our seats had been downgraded to Eco. We bust our tails booking great seats long in advance at the premium price, and we end up separated the day before we leave. The flight attendant explained to us that it was overbooking and that our tickets were the cheapest, so they were resold to the highest bidder.
