A city with impressive proportions. There is not that much to see besides the Kremlin, the Bolshoi... But you really have to enjoy the Russian youth. They are awesome. There is often a language barrier, of course. But communication is always possible even if they seem cold at first! And at second glance for the bureaucrats waiting for their kickback :).

We met a local. He helped us find our hostel. And right there, we really realized that these Russians are something else. They don't hesitate. We went for a drink with their friends. They put us up. We laughed all night long. They helped us with everything we needed to get done. And they showed us around this charming city with its typical houses. A great atmosphere. We felt right at home. I can't wait to go back.

This city is dirty! Very polluted. I will admit that my experience was very bad, and I will skip the details and focus on finding the positives. I think it takes time to adapt to this city. You really get the feeling that everything happens in hidden places. This city has to be explored. However, there is nothing to see there. Stay as little time as possible and head out to discover the Gobi Desert! Go meet the nomads, they are extraordinary. Mongolia is magnificent, the capital is horrible.

Manly is the dream neighborhood. You are between two waters, with the Pacific on one side: bars, surfing, coves, diving, beach volleyball, public barbecues... and on the other, the Sydney harbor: restaurants, sunsets with the penguins, stand up paddleboarding, ice cream... In the middle are the shops and tons of activities. It is lively with festivals all year round. What more can I say, this neighborhood just breathes happiness! The weather is more than perfect.
