We just finished the Peru-Bolivia-Chile trip organized by VIVENTURA. No bad surprises here because everything is clearly explained in the travel booklets, on the website, and during the frequent phone calls with the organizers. One example: "simple but clean hotels," and that is exactly what it was. There was an option for full board, and the meals were more than enough in terms of quality and quantity.
