Hello, I would like to share my opinion on Viventura. I traveled with this agency in July 2012 for their Ecuador/Galapagos tour. I love traveling and have taken trips like the ones Viventura offers several times before, meaning small groups, adventure, culture, and everything went well. I am not criticizing the comfort, transportation, accommodations, or food here because when you take this type of trip, you have to be willing to break away from all your habits, no matter how comfortable they are. It is this total change of scenery that I enjoy. However, I cannot accept negligence regarding the SAFETY of individuals and the RESPECT for the consumer. Before departure, everything seems impecc…
