About Aviation Sans Frontières
Aviation Sans Frontières, 35 Years in the Service of Humanitarian Aid
Since 1980, Aviation Sans Frontières has put the resources and expertise of the aviation world to work for humanitarian causes, whether through missions carried out via its air transport network, operations conducted on its own aircraft, or initiatives implemented in partnership with flying clubs across France.
A public-interest NGO, it provides essential logistical support to hundreds of humanitarian organizations by guaranteeing the delivery of emergency aid and the transport or accompaniment of people anywhere in the world. With 800 volunteers, Aviation Sans Frontières responds to around twenty humanitarian requests every single day.
The organization mobilizes to help victims, break the isolation of forgotten communities, and give hope to each and every person it reaches. It is the first NGO to hold a European Air Operator's Certificate (AOC), and it meets the same standards as any certified airline.
