Good experience in Sicily

I recently rented a car in Sicily. I chose the Avis agency and everything went really well. Upon arrival, there was no wait at the counter, the car was ready, and the inspection was quick but thorough. The staff was courteous and efficient. It was the same story when I returned the vehicle, just a few minutes to drop it off, with no nasty surprises or endless waiting. A real relief, especially after reading about some stressful experiences from other travelers.

Simple and affordable

Before I had my own car, I regularly rented cars for the weekend from Avis. I never had a problem. The site is easy to use. There is a great selection of vehicles available for small budgets. The pickup and drop-off always seemed simple to me. You do not spend 1000 years waiting to check the car. I have never had any issues with damage, so it is hard to say what the customer service is like, but for my part, I recommend it.

Great service but way too expensive

Service was perfect, but the prices ... sometimes it is exorbitant. I think that given the competition, the rates should be lower!! Without having to buy a loyalty card!
