As a fan of modern architecture, the Tokyo Skytree was a must-see during my trip to Asia last summer. My wife and I headed there in the early evening after visiting Senso-ji temple in the Asakusa neighborhood. It was starting to get dark and the sky was foggy, which explained why there was almost no line. To be honest, I was a little worried that the fog might block the view once we got to the top. But we made the right choice. A breathtaking view was waiting for us at the top of this 634-meter tower (the observatory is located at 450m high)!
