For a more authentic experience, you can also travel by boat on Tonle Sap, which connects certain floating villages to the areas around Pursat, though this option depends heavily on water levels and the season.
Small village with nothing special going on. There is an island where the locals go to hang out, kind of like a county fair vibe, so why not take a look. The visit to Kompong Luong turned out to be much more interesting. Plan on a full day for that.
