Great vacation

Actually, Iberimo groups together Spanish agencies that rent out vacation villas and apartments. I went through them and everything went really well :)

A total disaster

Hello, I also booked a trip in August to Rosas, Spain, through the agency Iberimo (France). A total disaster. After arriving on site following several hours of travel, we had to wait more than an hour and a half in 104 degree heat with children just to pick up the keys at the local Spanish agency, Immogestio. The line was massive. The response from the Iberimo sales manager was, "You are not the only ones going on vacation."

Once we got to the apartment, there was no hot water for 3 days. The bedding was catastrophic, the patio furniture was filthy, it was noisy, and there was zero comfort. The Iberimo agency did not keep its commitments, and I strongly advise against using this agency.
