I use BizAway for my work trips. The system is pretty intuitive, with the ability to book flights, accommodations, and train tickets. It is also possible to make customized "special requests." In case of a flight delay or cancellation, customer service is responsive.
However, there is a big downside. The offers are far from exhaustive, and sometimes you find much cheaper options on Skyscanner, so you have to take screenshots to get your ticket approved. It is also difficult to sort flight options by departure or arrival time.
