What to know about Fairjungle: a revolution in business travel management

A visionary project launched in 2017

Fairjungle is the result of a partnership between three entrepreneurs: Saad Berrada, Samir Idris, and Bertrand Guiheneuf. The company launched in 2017 with the goal of reinventing how professional travel is handled. Based in Saint-Mande, just outside Paris, Fairjungle combines technological expertise with a commitment to sustainable development to provide innovative, customized solutions for companies.

The Fairjungle concept was born from the desire to simplify the complexity of business travel while addressing environmental challenges.

Comprehensive services for simplified management

Fairjungle provides an all-in-one platform that allows companies to book, manage, and track business trips. It offers access to over 450 airlines, one million hotels, European trains, and car rental services.

The agency aims to optimize client budgets by integrating dynamic travel policies, expense tracking tools, and personalized recommendations. A dedicated mobile app allows travelers to manage their bookings and access their itineraries in real time.

Differentiation focused on innovation and ecology

Fairjungle sets itself apart through its commitment to reducing the carbon footprint of business travel. The platform includes features to identify non-essential trips and encourage more environmentally friendly alternatives.

The company also relies on 24/7 customer service to ensure smooth support for its users. Following a 4 million euro (about $4.3 million) funding round in 2023, Fairjungle continues to develop its tools and aims to become the European leader in eco-responsible business travel management.

Easy to use

I worked for a few months at a company that used Fairjungle for business travel. It was super practical. Employees had to book their own flights, trains, and hotels through the platform.

Compared to other companies where we had to fend for ourselves across a bunch of different sites and then chase down all the receipts to get expense reports reimbursed, it’s a huge time saver to manage everything through one tool.

As for the prices, I can’t really say, as I didn’t bother comparing them with other agencies.

A decent tool

It was a little tricky to get the hang of at first, but once you find your way around, you can organize pretty much any type of business trip, including last minute.
As for the prices, the offers are comparable to what you would get directly from the operators.

Relatively convenient and affordable

Used this at my old company. It is a relatively handy app to use for booking flights and hotels once you get the hang of it.
The tool compares and searches for the best prices for you. Even if the fees are covered by the employer, it is always good to save money whenever you can. If you need anything, the customer service team is reachable by chat and they are efficient.
