Go Voyages, le leader français de la vente de billets d'avion en ligne offre une garantie du prix le plus bas sur les vols réservés via son site Internet.

Les clients trouvant une offre identique mais moins chère (tarif TTC) sur un autre site français, dans les 24h suivant la réservation, se voient offrir le remboursement de la différence sous forme de bons de réduction.

S’il s’agissait d’un roman, on dirait d’elle que c’est un « best-seller », mais faute d’en être un, celle-ci se contentera du qualificatif de « numéro 1 en France » en matière de vacances pas chères : il s’agit bien évidemment de l’agence GO Voyages qui, depuis sa création en 1997, s’efforce de satisfaire au mieux sa clientèle à travers une offre toujours plus diversifiée de services.

À commencer par la réservation de vols parmi les moins chers, la proposition de forfaits dynamiques (vols + hôtel), la réservation de tout type d’hébergements (hôtel simple, hôtel de luxe, appartement, chalet, gîte, chambre d’hôte, camping…), ou encore la réservation de week-ends, de séjours, de circuits, de croisières…, tout ceci à des prix annoncés comme défiant toute concurrence et en suivant scrupuleusement les critères de recherche des voyageurs.

Un groupe de dimension européenne

Mais GO Voyages ce n’est pas que ça ! En effet, forte de sa fusion avec la compagnie de voyage espagnole eDreams et du rachat de Opodo et Travellink en 2011, créant ainsi le groupe eDreams Odigeo, GO Voyages a su se moderniser et s’adapter à la demande du marché en offrant aujourd’hui d’autres services comme le transfert aéroport, la location de voitures et la proposition d’activités en tout genre pour accompagner les vacances de chaque voyageur.

Enfin, pour être à la pointe des nouvelles technologies, ce géant des voyages débarque en 2015 sur Android et iOS grâce à son application mobile et s’impose définitivement sur le marché du tourisme en France avec sa nouveauté : GO Voyages Prime. Proposé sous forme d’abonnement, ce produit permet notamment à son titulaire d’obtenir des réductions sur toutes ses réservations de vols, dès son premier achat.    

Ainsi, plus qu’un simple comparateur de prix, GO Voyages est, en réalité, une agence de voyage complète à tous les égards !

STAY AWAY

Flight cancelled on June 1, 2025 by the airline and to this day still no refund from Go Voyages (I am a Prime member) even though the airline confirmed to me that they already processed the refund. Go Voyages has been telling me for over 7 months that the status is pending and that I need to wait 10 days. I contact them every week, I send emails.... certified letters and still nothing. Go Voyages has the nerve to send me promotional emails where they guarantee a priority refund within 48 hours.

Go Voyages is a must avoid, stay away at all costs

Extremely negative review, absolutely avoid

GO Voyages is a disgrace. I have been waiting for a refund for my ticket for over a month, even though the airline issued the refund back on November 19. The money was definitely paid out, but GO Voyages is keeping it without any valid explanation.

On top of that, they have the nerve to withhold €190 in "processing fees," which is totally abusive and scandalous. At this point, it is not just a simple delay, it is clearly theft.

The customer service is useless and dismissive. It is always the same automated response: "please wait." No follow-up, no solution, no date. They are intentionally giving you the runaround because they do not want to give the money back.

I formally advise against using GO Voyages. Buying a ticket from them means taking the risk of never seeing your money again in the event of a change or refund. A catastrophic experience from start to finish.

Stay away at all costs.

TOTAL SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Disastrous experience with GoVoyages. They offered me their "Prime" deal, supposedly cheaper with a 15-day free trial. The result: they charged me the very next day after my booking! The flight ended up being more expensive than elsewhere.
I tried to cancel a few hours later (which is my right under article L221-18 of the Consumer Code for online contracts), but their customer service abroad brushed me off with a "no refund possible" repeated on a loop. Zero understanding, zero empathy.
This company lies as easily as it breathes and scams consumers. I strongly advise against them and I am starting legal proceedings. NEVER book with them!

Refund issues with Go Voyages

Hello,

I would like to share my experience with Go Voyages.

I wanted to book some plane tickets through Govoyages.com. Following their lack of professionalism in handling my two requests, I decided to cancel everything and get a refund.

After numerous calls and many emails, Go Voyages finally agreed to cancel my file and refund me, while applying a 60 euro fee that I was therefore forced to accept.

Great prices

I have often booked my plane tickets through Go Voyages because their flights are priced well. It is not the best flight comparison tool compared to Skyscanner, for example. The alert system is effective. You have to watch out for the GoPrime prices that make it seem like the flights are cheaper.
For beginners, the site is not easy to use, but once you are used to it, it is nice to be able to select your layovers and the departure or arrival times in the menu on the left. You can also choose your airline, your airport, etc.

flight ticket purchase

I bought flight tickets on their site to go to Manila, and they were the cheapest.
I didn't have any issues, and I had taken out extra flight cancellation insurance. The booking fees were affordable. So, I recommend them.

Stay away

This agency simply refuses to provide a refund. To avoid doing so, they bounce you from department to department, promise you that they are doing everything, yet they do nothing and just wait for you to wear yourself out.
I thought for a long time that they were incompetent, but they are just dishonest.

Cheap plane tickets

Often well-priced for plane tickets. However, if there is a problem with the flight, you have to deal with the airline. Go Voyages won't help you much.

No issues with GoVoyages flights

Hello everyone,

For my part, I went through Go Voyages to book round-trip flights from Paris to Mexico City. Everything went well, so I have a favorable opinion of this agency.

Here are my comments:

- Rates: I did quite a bit of research before booking. We chose GoVoyages because they offered the best price (about €750 per person, cancellation insurance included)!
- Information: You receive an order confirmation by email immediately. The electronic ticket follows quickly.
- Customer service: I had questions for customer service twice. I contacted them by email (I did not bother looking for their address, I just replied to the email containing the electronic ticket). In both cases, I received a pretty clear response within 24 hours.

I would therefore say that it is a pretty serious and competitive agency in terms of price :)

Ticket canceled by my airline

First problem: Go Voyages makes you wait over a week for confirmation of your online payment, even though they promise an answer within 2 hours!! The result of this wait: the tickets were pulled by the airline, 80 euros in extra fees for calls to the help desk every day to find out the status of the ticket payment, with the only response being: "Don't worry, the confirmation will arrive during the day." I had to raise my voice to get a manager who couldn't do anything for me except say: "Sorry, the airline pulled the tickets, you have to order new ones" (without taking into account that in 1 week the price of the tickets doubled!!) My advice: book your tickets directly at an agency or on the airline websites. You might pay 100 euros more, but you won't waste your time and money on the phone, and it will save you from losing your cool with the people on the hotline!!!

My take on Go Voyages

I am a very frequent online flight booker (5 to 6 times a year), but to be honest, Go Voyages is not at all up to speed anymore!!! The website is very poorly made (it is impossible, for example, to choose dates with a plus or minus one day option) and their booking fees are too expensive, plus they quickly become more expensive than the others!! My take on Go Voyages

GoVoyages definitely charges your account and keeps a deposit without any prior warning, but they never confirm the booking!!!! Not to mention the accounting and customer service departments. These people don't know how to explain anything or provide information, and they just answer your questions with completely irrelevant, memorized phrases. After I made a booking, GoVoyages contacted me to say the payment was declined. A second attempt with a new credit card: same thing. A third attempt with a third credit card: same thing! I ended up making a wire transfer before 5:00 PM as requested in their email. Two hours before the deadline, I received an email stating that my booking was canceled due to a lack of wire transfer within the timeframe (which had not even ended at the time the email was sent!). I am still waiting for a refund for this booking. What other surprise does GoVoyages have in store for me?

My thoughts on Go Voyages

After booking a bit too quickly, I messed up the return time and asked for a change within a minute of paying. It was just a change to the return time, same day, same price, same airline, for a trip more than two months away. They told me it costs €30 per passenger plus 10% of the total booking price, which is about €90 in my case (for a trip that cost a little over €300 total). For two weeks, I have been calling and messaging them to ask if they could work with me. The only response I got was that I cannot cancel my booking!! Today, I called them again, and they told me that now that I have my electronic ticket (which they sent me while completely ignoring my requests), the change is going to cost more than €200!!

My take on Go Voyages

Hey everyone, I don't recommend booking your tickets on govoyage. Over the phone, they told me I could board in Budapest with my driver's license because my ID card was 2 days expired. Once I arrived at the airport to board, I was flat out turned away. I lost 400 euros because of their mistake. I've been fighting to get the airport taxes back since July and it's December now, and I still haven't heard a thing. It's not for a lack of trying to reach them by phone. So in conclusion, I advise against booking with them. See ya.

My take on Go Voyages

Advice: you are better off dealing with a travel agency rather than Go Voyages, because in case of a problem you will have no way to get heard. No answers to your complaint emails, no way to reach their phone service. That is what happened to us after a return flight was canceled, a flight booked 4 months in advance. My thoughts on Go Voyages

First and last time I book tickets on Go Voyages. I chose Go Voyages because I had discounts through my work council. But it was a bad idea. First of all, the prices were pretty attractive compared to other sites, but there are booking fees to add to the displayed ticket price (up to €15 per TRIP and per PERSON, depending on the time you book). Since the fees are free from 4 am to 6 am, I wanted to order them then, but the tickets had surprisingly gone up just during that time slot, then went back to their original price once 6 am passed. Second of all, I had to reach out to customer service for several small problems... >:( !!! Twice, customer service was supposed to call me back... I am still waiting... They are almost impossible to reach and when by a miracle you manage to get them... Either they take our number to supposedly call us back, or they tell us we are at the wrong number and give us "the right one" and it starts all over again with waiting for long, very long minutes to try to get someone... My thoughts on Go Voyages

Quick phone access for a flight purchase. As for a refund of airport taxes following a missed flight: I am on my 4th call. They make us wait for a stated 3 minutes, then 1 minute, then 1 minute..., then no time estimate, just "please wait, an agent will answer you, please have your file ready" : then total silence and the message starts over. They give us the runaround, they tell us they will call us back at a number of our choice. After 24 hours: still nothing. Call back: same thing. I do not know if I will ever get this resolved. Final answer: €60 in processing fees for a potential refund of €56.

Credit card rejected on the site

Their site talks about 'simplicity,' but that's really not true. I spent two days and had to go in person to their office to pay for a ticket booked on their website, because the site wouldn't accept my credit card (but it was the same one I ended up using to pay them in person). There are hours of waiting at their office. They send you to another office for customers who already have a case number. Over there, another 40 minute wait, then they send you to the post office to pay, but they don't tell you that you need to bring cash (we're talking hundreds of euros, not 40) to pay at the post office. Result: I wasted at least 3 hours (between the activity, internet attempts, and wait times) to buy a plane ticket when my credit card worked perfectly fine (and it's the card I ended up using with them), and normally I spend 1 hour max on search and purchase. They seem a bit like the Ryanair of agencies: everything is reduced to the minimum, and if your time is worth anything, it's maybe better to use another agency.
