ANA is a Japanese airline (All Nippon Airways) that I really recommend. They offer direct flights from Paris to Tokyo Haneda at great prices. The comfort is very good, with a decent amount of space even in economy class, a good selection of movies and music, and the meals are pretty good, a mix of French and Japanese. The staff is very attentive. Just be aware that if you do not speak English well (though most Japanese people do not either), I believe there is only a US phone line to reach them if you need to. But booking online is simple, no issues at all.
