What to know about Iberia, the Spanish national airline
Founded in 1927, Iberia serves as the national flag carrier of Spain. It was established by a group of private investors led by Horacio Echevarrieta, a Spanish entrepreneur, in partnership with the German carrier Lufthansa. From its inception in Madrid, Iberia aimed to connect the various regions of Spain and improve mobility at a time when commercial aviation was still in its infancy.

First time using this airline, and I think the last time.
Lost luggage, zero help from the company upon arrival (not even the express kit they talk about in their brochure to help during the first 24 hours), and no information about my bags 4 days later...
I of course forgot to mention the 3 hour delay at departure!
