A medieval adventure

A great day of relaxing and sports at the ropes course

We spent a full Sunday there with two other families. 6 parents and 3 kids aged 6-7. Everyone had a great day.
We arrived in the morning, after a short instruction video and a mini practice course to get familiar with handling the harness and the safety rules. The ropes courses are categorized by color and difficulty. A minimum height requirement is posted at each start. So, you cannot start a child on a course that will be too hard for them. Generally speaking, between the equipment, the staff (dressed in outfits inspired by Robin Hood), and the facilities, you feel safe. Reassuring for families!

At noon, we had brought our own stuff to picnic and sat down at a covered table. There are a lot of picnic tables that are more or less covered, so there should be enough for everyone. After lunch, we tested the giant forest labyrinth, but it was just okay, and watch out for brambles if you are wearing shorts. Anyway, back to the ropes course for the rest of the afternoon (with a snack break at 4 pm).

For your information, there is also paintball, quad biking, pony rides, and archery lessons on site. It depends on your package, but you have to pay extra if you just bought the basic offer that covers the ropes course (but you can easily spend the whole day doing ropes courses and zip lines).

Other services: restrooms, snack and drink sales

Small drawbacks:
- The restrooms were not very clean and were like an oven.
- Lockers: coincidentally, at 11 am, the cashier already had no one-euro coins to exchange so we could lock a locker. They sold me a token for 1 euro. Not very classy, I think.
