I stayed in a low-quality hotel that I booked remotely from France for my trip to Tunisia, specifically the Hotel Cham's El Hana in Sousse. To my great surprise, when I arrived in Tunisia at the hotel, it had nothing to do with what was on the site. I called customer service, and they told me the terms of sale are cancellation 72 or 48 hours before??? I explained that I was coming from France and asked how I am supposed to know if the hotel is good or not since I am getting on a plane, lol. She didn't want to hear it and told me no refund would be given, and that they are not at the hotel to check on the hygiene or the food, and that the photos are provided by the hotel.
