Mixed feelings

I didn't have a great experience with Leclerc Voyages. While everything seemed to be going well at the beginning, things got complicated as soon as I wanted to change my trip. I didn't deal with very professional advisors, they weren't responsive and were rarely available.

E.Leclerc Voyages does not respect travelers

Hello everyone,

A quick message to advise you against using the E.Leclerc travel agency.

I tried them once, thinking I would benefit from the lowest prices (assuming they positioned themselves on travel the same way they do for everyday consumer goods).

In the end, I realized afterward that other agencies were offering similar trips at lower prices, and as a bonus, I was very disappointed with their customer service.

I had insisted over the phone to make minor changes to my booking, and they didn't want to hear any of it. The agents I dealt with were not at all sales-oriented. They didn't seem to have any desire to satisfy the customer that I was (even though I had already paid a deposit).

Anyway, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Very bad surprises

Hello, Leclerc Voyages is to be AVOIDED.
Changes to services => departure from Paris instead of Deauville.
Trip cancellation on their part, they offer me another destination, a postponement, or a cancellation with 75% of the trip price to PAY THEM.
Great contempt for the customer, everything is done to discourage you.
I am starting a legal process against the Breton agency.

Poor organization

We booked a trip to the Canary Islands and were very disappointed with Leclerc Voyages Quimper.

Change of departure city: Paris instead of Brest!! We found out by chance and not from the agency! Departure at 5:10 AM from Brest finally for a 9-hour layover in Paris, arriving in the Canary Islands at 8:00 PM, where we still do not know if we will have a car when we arrive, or a room, let alone dinner.

As for meals for the day while waiting in the airport??? We are forced to drive to the agency every 3 days (40km from our home) to pull info out of them that they cannot even give us.

We are 1 week away from departure and still do not know if we can bring surfboards!! Obviously, they did not offer us another destination even though there were others on different Canary Islands at the same dates departing from Brest.

In short, we have not even left yet and we are already dreading the trip. Of course, there is no possibility of a refund or any kind of commercial offer.

Poorly represented agency

Hello. As for me, I ended up face to face with the manager of the E.Leclerc travel agency in Moisselles who made shocking comments about foreigners and used racist slurs that left me stunned. I strongly advise against using the services of this poorly represented agency...
