I booked two plane tickets to Auckland through Go Voyages, and when I received the confirmation email, I noticed that the return date on my husband's ticket was not the same as mine. I immediately called the reservation service, which didn't take my complaint into account because of an IT problem in their department. They asked me to leave my phone number and promised a callback as soon as the issue was resolved, a promise that was never kept, obviously. I called several times, left several messages, and when I finally managed to reach someone, I was told that fixing it was possible but with fees (340 euros). For a ticket that was supposed to cost me 1330 euros, I ended up paying 1670 euros, and that is not counting the phone costs and a week of misery trying to get someone on the line. Consider yourselves warned.

WATCH OUT!! The cancellation insurance...... you buy it, but when you have a major health issue, you are not guaranteed to get a refund. We booked a flight from Nantes to Lisbon through Go Voyages and bought their cancellation insurance (ACEGroup). Due to serious health problems, we had to cancel our trip. Despite providing medical certificates and other documents, the insurance company has been giving us the runaround for over 2 months! And we have no recourse! I booked a round trip ticket from Paris to Tunis. I filled out all the forms, and at the last step, the amount displayed was €946 and some change. I paid the amount with my credit card and saved the reservation summary that showed the €946 amount. A few days later, I saw a charge of €1112.66 on my bank statement. As usual, nobody answers, nobody takes responsibility, and I am the one being victimized. The worst part is that I received the tickets with different dates than the ones I chose. I even checked the confirmation I saved (you never know, maybe I made a mistake???) and well, no, the dates were changed. :'(
